What are we looking for?

We are looking for dedicated customer support women and men with a passion to help, write and learn. We are looking for a select few to help us support our clients. We are looking for leaders who know how to work with a team, learn new materials independently, work in partnership with others and share information.

What do we expect from you?

Significant experience with WordPress

Extensive knowledge of the ongoing operation of the system

Familiarity with popular plugins

Knowledge of installing WordPress on a Linux server (FileZilla /DirectAdmin/ cPanel)

High self-learning abilities

High level of articulate English

Experience with ticketing systems an advantage

What are the job Responsibilities?

Handle incoming customer queries from request-to-solution in a prompt and courteous manner.

Provide service through a variety of channels (tickets, chat, community posts, etc.).

Monitor engagements and contribute content to customer community portal (Knowledge-base).

Liaison between customer and internal departments.

Identify areas of weakness and product / process improvement.
